Please note that some items may occasionally be out of stock at the time you place your order. This could affect shipping times, so please allow for potential delays.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are carefully processed and shipped within 7–10 working days from the date of ordering, unless otherwise stated.
Orders placed before 12pm (UK time) are processed from the same working day where possible. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed from the next working day.
Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
During busy periods, promotional events, and UK bank holidays, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly extended.

Adidas Items
Adidas items are not always in stock with us. Some items will need to be specially ordered from Adidas, which can take approximately 10–20 working days for delivery. We strive to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Partners
We work with a range of reliable delivery companies, including Evri, DPD, Royal Mail, and DHL, to ensure your order arrives promptly and safely. The courier service used may vary depending on the destination and package size.
International Shipping
For international orders, we ship via Royal Mail International, DHL, DPD, and Evri International services. Delivery times typically range from 14–20 working days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that international shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or local postal service delays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
